An early retirement certificate is a certificate issued by your unemployment insurance fund stating that you meet the early retirement eligibility requirements at the time when the certificate is issued.
You’ll receive an early retirement certificate when you meet the conditions for early retirement pension.
If you do not meet the conditions for early retirement pension until a later time, the certificate cannot be effective until such later time.
As soon as you’re eligible for early retirement, we’ll send you an early retirement certificate.
Once you have an early retirement certificate, you’ll no longer have to pay early retirement contributions.
