As a new graduate you have the right to benefits when you complete your studies.

You’ll be able to exercise your rights as a new graduate when you finish your bachelor’s degree and again when you complete your master’s.

It’s a good idea if you exercise your rights as a new graduate already after having completed your bachelor’s degree. Even if you know that you’ll continue studying for a master’s. In that way, you’ll be sure to be getting benefits if you later decide to drop out of your master’s degree. And should you need paternity/maternity benefits before you complete your studies, you’ll also have better rights.
